ALTEC - Center for Scientific, Technical and Industrial Culture

ALTEC works for the popularization of scientific, technical and industrial knowledge. It proposes animations, organizes and coordinates events, develops educational products and leads training courses in scientific animation.

Our missions :
- to carry out actions of cultural and scientific mediation;
- to make discover the sciences and their stakes to all the public;
- to allow the understanding of scientific and technological evolutions;
- to encourage individual and collective reflection on the place of science and technology in society.

Activities :
- creation, animation and diffusion of exhibitions, workshops and educational tools of a scientific nature ;
- organization and coordination of events (Fête de la science, cultural events...) ;
- diffusion of films and science shows;
- resource center, cultural engineering and training.

Altec builds most of these projects by anchoring them on numerous partnerships at different scales. Mutualization, enrichment, cross-fertilization, shared dynamics, territorial action... it's all about joining our strengths, our desires and our skills!
