    A certified organic sheep farm

    Since 2009, we have been raising our Lacaune sheep on 115 hectares of land to offer you quality lamb meat, produced in Organic Agriculture certified by Ecocert, near Bourg-en-Bresse.

    The "Organic Agriculture" certification brings a guarantee of traceability and transparency for the consumer and respect for the environment. The Egieu (01) site exhibition gave it its name. The biodiversity of the Revermont meadows at the start of the Esses de Treffort contributes to the quality of its production.

    Your breeder of Lacaune ewes

    The principles of the exploitation are :

    The Lacaune ewe originates from the Aveyron. It is named after the capital of the canton of Monts de Lacaune in the Tarn. The Lacaune ewe produces the milk used to make Roquefort cheese. The Lacaune meat ewe is renowned for producing a lamb with incomparable qualities of finesse and taste that allows it to supply the best tables. The Lacaune meat branch is located in the Pays d'Oc. The Bergerie Plein Sud produces lambs raised under the mother's care in a quality and organic way.
