The Cooperative Dairy of Etrez is a regional company in the heart of Bresse. For more than 70 years it has been perpetuating tradition and quality with top-of-the-range products such as Bresse Butter and Cream PDO, ladle-moulded white cheeses, raw milk Emmental, plain and fruit yoghurts...
This quality also comes from the work of the milk producers, members of the cooperative, who are collected every night, thus guaranteeing the freshest possible milk.
The know-how of the dairy is recognized by numerous awards at the Concours Général Agricole as well as by many great chefs who use our products in their recipes (chicken with Etrez cream, Etrez butter for cooking frogs and breasts...).
Dynamic, Laiterie d'Etrez respects the tradition of its recipes while guaranteeing to the consumer healthy and safe products that respect the current requirements.
