The Saint Clair brewery concocts a wide range of recipes in a variety of colors and flavors. It selects only the finest ingredients: hops, malt and yeast. Follow the slow maturation process in the vats, impressive cauldrons of creativity. You can then sharpen your palate by tasting beers from the "La Bressane" range, as well as customized recipes created for professional customers. Each beer is the result of a subtle balance. Learn how to decipher it, just like great wines. It's sure to be a convivial exchange, especially as you'll be sharing a hearty snack* at the foot of the vats! *Snack bar: country-style plate: natural ham, onion tart, terrine, rosette de Lyon, Comté de fruitière, sweet tart (contents for information only).
