The products of Moulin Nicolas are made for you, with the strict minimum.
Without preservatives, additives or colorants, my cereal products are made with raw materials from organic farming and with a lot of passion.

Our manufacturing processes such as low temperature drying for pasta, cold pressure for oil and the stone mill, guarantee the nutritional and taste quality of our products.

Find a varied range of pasta, white and semi-complete, plain or with spices.

Moulin Nicolas is the project of Nicolas, a farmer who has always been a farmer, and who in 2012 wanted to create his own range of products from these crops. Then Blandine, his daughter, joined the adventure in 2020.

Direct sale :
- at the farm on Friday afternoons from 2 to 6 pm.
- at the Bourg-en-Bresse market, every other Saturday - odd weeks (under the covered market).

Present in various producer's stores, delicatessens, organic stores.
