Production of seasonal vegetables in organic farming, jars and sous-vides.

After a purchase of an agricultural land with a warehouse in 1996, transformation of a former dairy farm into a vegetable farm by building greenhouses a little every year to arrive at the present time at 1 ha of greenhouses and 22 hectares of open field crops.
The installation of the irrigation was very long because it took 5 years.
Since the beginning, it is a reasoned culture and in organic conversion since August 9, 2012. So the vegetables were from the organic conversion agriculture from August 9, 2013 and are organic since August 9, 2014.
Since April 2012, the farm has 2 partners, 4 employees and sometimes seasonal workers. Direct sale only in short circuits:
- at the farm, on Tuesday and Friday from 9am to 6:30pm, as well as Saturday from 9am to 1pm,
- at the markets of Bourg-en-Bresse, Chatillon-sur-Chalaronne and Ferney-Voltaire,
