Norman Joly, who has held a CAP in baking and a CAP in pastry-making since 2003, chose his preferred branch, pastry-making, by perfecting his skills with a "dessert à l'assiette" complementary pastry qualification.
Keen to acquire solid experience, he has forged it over the years in several establishments.
In November 2015, Norman and Justine (his wife) set up their own business in Polliat. The former "La Polézienne" bakery and patisserie they acquired became "Aux Douceurs Sucrées".
Norman's aim: to delight his customers and their taste buds with classic pastries, but also to share his creativity, both in terms of taste with innovative flavors, and the pleasure of the eye with enticing decorations.
