56-hectare leisure park on the outskirts of the town center, with a 21-hectare lake where you can picnic, stroll, fish and swim in summer, as well as relax. Children's play area, fitness area, PRM access.
This park is located 5 minutes from downtown and features a 21-hectare lake where swimming is permitted in the summer. It offers sailing and kayaking schools, rowing sessions led by certified instructors, catamaran sailing, windsurfing, sailing, and paddle kayaking.
Fitness trail and orienteering course, beach volleyball, disc golf, table tennis, home-ball, boules and pétanque courts, bocce, pump track, archery, playgrounds, picnic areas, fishing spots (1st and 2nd categories), supervised swimming (mid-May to late August), activities for all during the summer, sports and festive events.
Bourg-en-Bresse Golf Course: open daily in a lush green setting. Free introductory lessons for adults, by registration.
9-hole course, 6-hole compact course, free introductory lessons for adults (by reservation).
Smoke-free area:
To combine recreation and health while ensuring relaxation, the beach (grass and sand) and playgrounds, located between the lake and the path, are smoke-free areas. Smokers are asked to leave this area and use the ashtrays to dispose of their cigarette butts
Bicycles and scooters: Ride at a moderate speed in the park. We recommend using the outdoor trails.
Dogs and other animals must be kept on a leash throughout the park.

From downtown
By car: Head toward Pont-d’Ain.
On foot or by bike: via the Tracée verte from Seillon to Bouvent
or via the Liaison verte from downtown.
By bus: Bouvent is served by Line 2
from April to October, every hour (bus stop accessible to people with reduced mobility).
