Gîte de Luisandre

In the heart of Bresse, the Gîte de Luisandre is adjoining a main residence on one side and an annex of the owners on the other. This cottage, on two levels, can accommodate up to 8 people thanks to its 4 bedrooms. Access is via the enclosed courtyard and the front door opens onto a hall leading to a large common living room consisting of an equipped and functional kitchen, open to a living room and a lounge, with a view of a private terrace. . On the same level are a bathroom and a toilet with washbasin. From the entrance hall, a staircase leads to a corridor distributing four bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Three bedrooms have a double bed (140x190) each, and the fourth bedroom has 2 single beds (90x190). Electric heating. Reversible air conditioning only on the 1st floor. The advantages of this Gîte: the beds are made on your arrival, the towels are provided and the charges are included, as well as the SPA (7 places) private to the Gîte. Everything has been thought of: sunbathing for lounging, the barbecue and the SPA are synonymous with conviviality with family or friends. You will also have the courtyard for young and old. Compulsory cleaning fee for professionals.
New in summer 2023: landscaping of the courtyard in front of the gîte!
You will find an above ground wooden swimming pool, to refresh young and old (about 2.30m by 3.80m and 1m of water), a petanque court and a wooden terrace (in progress).
The table football has arrived and has taken place in the garage and other surprises! Coming soon: ping pong table and dart board!
The garage is therefore now dedicated to games and can only accommodate motorcycles and bicycles.
The filling of the pool water and its use by tenants may be restricted in application of the "drought" decrees of the prefecture of Ain, and the pool is only accessible in summer.
