Located in the heart of Bourg-en-Bresse town center, a stone's throw from Notre-Dame Cathedral, this Giraudet boutique, dedicated to the brand's ancestral know-how, is a little paradise for epicureans who love spoon-molded quenelles. In keeping with tradition, a wide choice of fresh sauces is available to accompany them.

Also on offer are artisan ravioles, a collection of fresh seasonal soups, and many other homemade products such as poultry broth, crayfish butter, poultry liver cake and authentic Bresse PDO chicken confit.

All recipes are created by Maison Giraudet's Chef, who scrupulously selects the ingredients, without flavoring or preservatives, to bring you the very best of Bresse.
