* The Glorieuse de Bourg-en-Bresse
The Bourg-en-Bresse competition, one of the four Glorieuses de Bresse, takes place on Friday December 12.
Opening to the public at 10:00 a.m., official visit at 2:00 p.m., prize-giving ceremony at the end of the visit.

Restaurateurs in Bourg-en-Bresse and the surrounding area are offering a main course featuring Bresse poultry to celebrate the Glorieuses.
The list of participating restaurateurs in Bourg and the Agglomération will be available soon.

- Bresse poultry in the kitchen with the "Mets & Vins" restaurant, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.: a morning with Chef Stéphane Prévalet, who welcomes you to the kitchens of his restaurant for a culinary demonstration dedicated to the famous poultry (in groups, at an additional cost and by reservation at the Tourist Office).

The gourmet festivities begin on Thursday, December 11, with the Marché Festif et Gourmand! Gastronomic products and local flavors, especially from Bresse and the Ain region.

The competition organized by the City of Bourg-en-Bresse takes place on Thursday, December 11.
Organized by the City of Bourg-en-Bresse as part of the Glorieuses de Bresse, the Prix de la Crête d'Or
offers a panel of celebrity judges a tasting of poulardes de Bresse from prize-winning breeders at the
Glorieuses 2024 in Bourg-en-Bresse.
The results will be announced on Friday December 12, the day of the Glorieuse de Bourg.
