Restaurant located in an old mill built on the Reyssouze.
You will meet the owner who will be able to speak to you about the culture of saffron.

Specialties: Salad of poultry liver with saffron vinegar from the Mill, Bresse chicken with cream, saffron ice cream.

Upon reservation, the Atelier du Moulin de Riottier welcomes you every Friday and Saturday evening and Sunday lunch.
The restaurant owner also offers 3 gîtes, one of which is accessible, a guest room, a store selling local products and decorations, and grows saffron flowers.
