The "Le Chantecler" restaurant at the Mercure hotel in Bourg-en-Bresse welcomes you in a completely renovated setting.

"I'm delighted to offer you this menu, which reflects my history and origins.
I grew up and trained in Bresse, and have been enriched by my various professional experiences around the world.
I offer you gourmet cuisine, with dishes drawn from the terroir of my childhood, as well as dishes with more exotic flavors brought back from my travels in Europe, Asia and America."
