Artisanal production of sweet and savoury cookies in my dedicated workshop.
For my ingredients:
-Butter, eggs and cheese: La boutique à fromage de Val-Revermont (01)
-Flour: Giraud mill in Ozan (01)
-Salt crystal butter from Noirmoutier.
- The almonds and matcha tea are organic.
- The pistachio puree is 100% natural and organic.
-The bitter almond flavor is 100% natural and organic.
For savoury cookies: Comté cookies, Roquefort cookies, old-fashioned mustard cookies and cookies with bacon and Parmesan cheese.
For sweet cookies: mixed-bag cookies including almond macaroons, almond/pistachio macaroons, salt crystal shortbread, p'tit beurre cookies and matcha tea cookies.
In individual bags: almond macaroons, almond/pistachio macaroons, salt crystal shortbread, p'tit beurre cookies, lemon shortbread, 3-chocolate cookies, chocolate cracker cookies.
