Matt The Baker offers a range of 100% organic breads made with natural leavening: country, seed, wholemeal, small spelt, rye. We also offer organic breads made with gluten-free flour, buns, etc.

We bake all our breads with natural sourdough. Our products are tasty, have a long shelf life and low glycemic index.
All our breads are sold by weight. You can choose the quantity you want. No more, no less.
For people who are not gluten-free, we offer bread made from small spelt as well as breads made from rice and buckwheat flours. A range of gluten-free sweets is also available!
Finally, we attach great importance to the eco-responsible approach of our bakery. Also, we do our best to reduce our ecological footprint. Our electricity is 100% renewable with Enercoop, we compost all our organic waste, we choose raw materials that are in recyclable packaging and that weigh as little as possible, we are financed by an ethical bank (La Nef), we do not use paper towels, ...
