The Seillon fitness trail, just a stone's throw from Bourg-en-Bresse, is open to everyone, all year round. Something for everyone, whatever their physical condition.
This course is made up of 12 apparatus:
- warm-up zone ;
- climbing maze ;
- stilts ;
- balance rope ;
- leapfrog ;
- giant steps ;
- bouncing strides ;
- driftwood ;
- balance beam ;
- horizontal ladder ;
- suspension bridge;
- squirrel.
The course is also pleasant for walkers and families (suitable for baby carriages), only the sports apparatus is not suitable for young children.
The rest areas are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Dry toilets and water points (except in winter) are available on site.
3 disabled parking spaces are located 120 m from the start.
