Production of wheat, flour, wholemeal, half-meal and special breads.
We cultivate about 54 ha, mainly winter wheat and small spelt. We harvest between mid-July and early August. The wheat is ventilated and cleaned (blown and sorted). We store it, about 4 months, in 2 cells of 16.5T while waiting for it to be transformed into flour (at the farm in a mill type Astrié). Our land is in organic agriculture since 2015. It is ECOCERT, certification body, which controls us. The flour is entirely transformed into bread in the farm's bakery. All the breads we offer are also certified by ECOCERT.
