The mountain bike tour of the large "La Plaine Tonique" lake. A family trail along the lake and river.

Continue along the Reyssouze, arriving at the Moulin de Cézille, acquired by the Syndicat Intercommunal de la Reyssouze to create an eco-museum. You then pass the gravel pits, which are still in operation. Then you're off between the ponds, where fishermen are king, before returning to the base.
