On the schedule: 10 a.m.: Festival opening 11 a.m.: Inauguration of the 53rd edition featuring the Bandas Viriat 3 p.m.: Removal of the last cauldron. Ongoing: Vincuit (non-alcoholic pear and apple jam) being made, with jars of vincuit available for purchase on-site.
