For a professional trip, a few days with your family or for a simple stopover on the road to your vacations, you will be welcomed with pleasure in an independent accommodation, adjoining our house in a green setting, without opposite.

Gite in the countryside, adjoining our accommodation. Located in Polliat, only 10 minutes from the center of Bourg-en-Bresse, 10 minutes from the A40 freeway entrance, 5 minutes from the Fleyriat hospital and 10 minutes from the Ain Psychotherapeutic Center. A car is required.
On the ground floor: living room with equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine), sofa bed. WC.
First floor: 2 spacious attic bedrooms...Gite in the countryside, adjoining our accommodation. 1st bedroom : 1 double bed 140x190 + 1 single bed (90 x190) + 1 extra bed (80x190)
2nd bedroom : 2 single beds (90 x190) which can be assembled into a large double bed on request and 1 single bed 90x190.
Flat screen TV (in living room and each room), Wifi Internet.
Heating : pellet stove in the living room. Reversible air conditioning in the bedrooms, electric towel dryer in the bathroom.
Additional equipment: hair dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner
Baby equipment: 2 cots, changing table, high chair, protective barrier for the stove.
For the nice days: 2 terraces, garden furniture, barbecue (coal), ping-pong table (April to October).

A deposit of the amount of the rent will be asked at the beginning of the stay by check and returned at the inventory of fixtures.
