Family farm producing PDO Bresse poultry
Our small family farm produces mainly PDO Bresse poultry.
Poultry arrive on the farm at 1 day old, and we raise them on cereals grown on our own land. They have free access to large grassy runs, and only drink dairy products throughout their lives.
We slaughter the poultry ourselves, and sell them direct from the farm.
We offer them ready-to-cook (vacuum-packed) or shredded, with or without reservation.
In December, we also offer poulard or capon Bresse PDO under canvas.
