Ideal for both a short weekend getaway and an extended stay, the kitchen has all the essential appliances and opens seamlessly onto a bright dining and relaxation area. A warm ambiance is created by carefully chosen furnishings and touches of greenery, resulting in a space for conversation and relaxation in perfect visual harmony. The subtly defined sleeping area invites relaxation in a meticulously designed atmosphere. The double bed is crowned by a majestic solid wood headboard with organic shapes and flowing lines. On either side of the bed, floating wooden bedside tables and industrial pendant lights complete this successful blend of textures, offering a true haven for peaceful nights. The architectural highlight of this studio is revealed beneath the occupants' feet, where an impressive glass slab integrated into the kitchen floor offers a breathtaking view of the wellness area below. Descending into this former vaulted room, one discovers a bathroom where the red brick of the vaulted ceiling contrasts with stone. This space houses a superb whirlpool bathtub, equipped with comfortable headrests and multiple massage jets, ideal for rejuvenation. A walk-in shower with a rain showerhead, a large modern washbasin set on a vanity made from wine crates, and tasteful décor illuminated by candlelight make this a private and intimate sanctuary of relaxation. For leisure and exploration, the cottage's location is ideal. Enjoy the relaxed pace of life on foot with its local shops and restaurants. In just a few minutes on foot or by car, immerse yourself in the rich heritage of Bourg-en-Bresse: visit the majestic Royal Monastery of Brou, stroll through the historic center with its half-timbered houses, or savor the renowned Bresse cuisine. Nature lovers can escape for an afternoon to the lake at the Bouvent leisure park or explore the rolling landscapes of the nearby Revermont. The sleeping area, an extension of the living space, features a king-size bed (180 x 190 cm). A stone staircase leads down to the bathroom with a shower and bathtub with jets. There is also a separate toilet. Water softener. Heating and reversible air conditioning are provided. The studio does not have outdoor space. However, the accommodation capacity can be increased by connecting to a second, adjoining gîte for 4 people: Méridi'Ain (G451002). Travel light: the bed is made upon arrival, and towels, linens, and utilities are included. A cleaning service is available as an optional extra. Parking is available near the gîte, in the town's designated parking area.
