Le Coq Hardi

For 7 years, the Coq hardi has been delighting gourmets. From the unavoidable and famous Bresse poultry to pies, caviars and taramas, the store offers top-of-the-range dishes for special occasions... and four-star meals at home!

The art of eating well is gaining more and more followers: Amaury and Andréa have something to satisfy the most demanding. If the store does indeed give pride of place to the symbol of the Bresse region, which often deserves a detour to Bourg-en-Bresse, it also knows how to offer its customers a vast choice of good products selected in companies for their quality. Proof of this is the Paul Bocuse restaurant in particular, which has not hesitated to come and help itself to Mieral products for 50 years.

The company, which will be a hundred years old in 2019, specializes in "real" Bresse poultry and stocks the shelves of the Coq Hardi to the great delight of local meat lovers. The approach of the holidays is worth filling the shelves with exceptional dishes: ballottines, Lafitte foie gras, turkeys, capons, geese, truffles, Bellota hams and charcuterie, Spanish canning, Gillardeaux oysters and Le Borvo salmon... A must-taste.
