The former miller, owner and active member of the Amis des Moulins de l'Ain, will tell you all about the history of the Bresse region, at this site listed on the Route des Plus Beaux Moulins de France and registered with the Fondation du Patrimoine. Push open the door of Bruno's Mill and discover its history and mechanisms. A mill until 1789 for the monks, then for a century for the Counts de la Boulaye, it became a power plant for a time. Later, it once again became a flour mill, eventually specializing in animal feed. Today, it's open to you for a plunge into the past and traditions, where young and old are sure to marvel.
