This family house can accommodate up to 8 people and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This semi-detached house, on two completely renovated levels, has private access and a large garden. From the car park which is also private at the gîte, you access the accommodation via an entrance hall, a fitted kitchen, and opening onto the dining area; a relaxation lounge; a laundry room with washing machine and dryer; bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs, you arrive on a relaxation area and its library; shower room and separate WC with washbasin. Among the three bedrooms on offer, your choice can be either a first with a 160 * 200 bed, or a second with 4 single 90 * 190 beds that can be twinned, or the third with a 160 * 200 bed. The + of this cottage: when you arrive, the beds are made, towels are provided and all charges are included. The cottage has a bicycle and / or motorbike room, a specific fridge for fishermen. The owners provide you with 6 bicycles, outdoor games, ping-pong table, etc. ... During the summer, various outdoor spaces are available: a vegetable garden with aromatic plants and fruit and vegetables at will, a courtyard, a garden and a large common area, ideal for reunions with family or friends.
