Les Jardins du Salençon is an organic market-gardening farm created in 2025 by Anne-Sophie and Baptiste DAUJAT. We sell our vegetables direct at the Bourg market on Wednesday mornings (covered market) and at the farm on Fridays from 4pm to 7pm.

We produce around fifty different organically grown vegetables all year round, both in the greenhouse and in the open field. 100% of the vegetables sold are produced by us at our farm in Viriat. You can also buy organic eggs from Poulaillers de Chrysodor (Saint-Denis-lès-Bourg), goat's cheese from Ferme des Couderies (Curtaringe, Viriat) and organic fruit and juice from Gaec Guilland des Plantaz (Flaxieu, Bugey, Ain).
