Description
This year, the Royal Monastery of Brou joins the 2nd national edition of monument en (pleine) forme, to experience Brou differently during a yoga-nidra session!
Join us Saturday and Sunday to discover yoga nidrâ!
Yoga nidra is a practice that seeks to detach us from the stresses of everyday life. It brings calm to body and mind through letting go and deep relaxation, while maintaining vigilance. Positive themes are proposed to achieve a sense of well-being. Each session focuses on a specific theme related to the monument or its works of art, so don't hesitate to practice two mornings in a row for optimum results!
Session sequence: awareness of the body and its environment to introduce the session, followed by deep relaxation and exploration of a theme. A return to the reality of the present gently and progressively completes the session.
