  • From the foot of the Revermont, go on the Bresse paths to discover the Fougemagne pond blocked in its forest.
From the ancient city of Coligny, you will dive into a panorama up to the borders of Maconnais where the hamlets of Bresse emerge here and there.

  • It bears the name of the forest of the same name, whose origin comes from the undergrowth of large ferns. This pond of 3 ha, today property of the municipality of Coligny, belonged to Gaspard Guyenard lord of Andelot in the XVIIIth century. It was used for hemp scutching, an operation that consisted in separating the woody parts from the fiber. This pond is now rented by the commune to the fishing society "Les amis du Solnan".
