Danced Moments: Dialectic of the Stelae
On the afternoon of Saturday, September 19, join two dancers whose movements resonate with Brou’s architecture.
A dance duet that explores emotional and heritage spaces, questioning our connections to the environments we inhabit and that shape us.
Times:
- On the church forecourt at 2:00 p.m., 3:30 p.m., and 4:45 p.m.
- In the church nave at 2:15 p.m., 3:45 p.m., and 5:00 p.m.
- In the second cloister at 2:30 p.m., 4:00 p.m., and 5:15 p.m.

Hurdy-gurdy exhibition
Discover the hurdy-gurdy, an instrument deeply rooted in the history of the Bresse region! You’ll learn all about the origins and the secrets of crafting this rare instrument, of which the Musée de Brou houses an exceptional collection of 24 pieces—including a hurdy-gurdy by luthier Georges Louvet dating from the 18th century. Musicians will help you (re)discover the sounds of this largely forgotten instrument.
