Written and directed by Xavier Arlot.
A show for all families, residents of the Ain and neighboring departments, the show is open to young and old alike!
Synopsis/ Show :
In the tranquil Bresse plain, two farmhouses stand side by side. One, richly adorned with half-timbering, bricks and staircases. The other, humbly built of adobe. Both, however, are renowned for the quality of their chicken farming.
Alas, that's the only thing they have in common, as an old-fashioned rivalry makes them clash at every opportunity! Whether it's at major celebrations and events, or in the most modest everyday situations.
This routine of ordinary hatred would seem to have a bright future if young Rémi and Juliette hadn't foolishly stubbornly fallen in love.
It's panic time for those who have heard of it! Everything must be done to hide the two young people's aberrant audacity from the members of both families... And of course, everything must be done to dissuade the reckless lovers from pursuing their perilous plan!
From the "glorieuses de Bresse" to the village market, from seasonal labor to the intimacy of daily life, everything is an opportunity for perfidy and surprises. Tricky characters, bizarre situations, unusual and delectable moments are all part of the delicious storyline of this show.
