I try to have a human-sized farm in order to be able to value all our products locally. I seek independence at all levels: sales, food for my chickens... I try to reproduce the model of our grandparents, to produce and sell locally traditional products. I also apply this principle in the conduct of my crops, I do the minimum of treatments. I cultivate: rapeseed on 15 ha, wheat on 25 ha, sunflower on 20 ha, corn on 20 ha, soya on 5 ha and 15 ha of meadow. I cultivate some lands in Natura 2000...

I cultivate: rapeseed on 15 ha, wheat on 25 ha, sunflower on 20 ha, corn on 20 ha, soya on 5 ha and 15 ha of meadow. I cultivate some lands in Natura 2000 zones, I maintain hedges, I make delays of mowing. I also have land in drinking water catchment areas. I have 3 hen houses on 3 sites: Tanvol (viriat), Etrez and Mantenay-Montlin, that is to say 1 500 hens. My son has been working with me for 3 years.
Our 1500 hens are layers. Every year, I renew my flock. Part of the culled hens are transformed: hens for boiling and hens for jelly (available in both stores). After the harvest of the cereals, the seeds are ventilated, dried and stored on our site in Montagnat. I transform everything on the farm of Tanvol. I pass the rapeseed, sunflower and soya to the oil press which separates the oil and the cake. The cake is used as feed for the laying hens which I mix with wheat and corn. The oil is packaged on site in several packages.
