The Tannery

La Tannerie is the scene of Current Music of the department of Ain located at Bourg-en-Bresse. There is something for everyone : pop, rock, world music, rap, reggae, metal, song, ... ! Emerging or confirmed, local or international groups are programmed. They perform on stage, in "de travers" formula (floor concerts). La Tannerie also has its own café: the program is varied and the access is free. Each evening has its own theme: showcases, workshops, DJ mixes... There are also exhibitions and a small vinyl store. Musicians can rent an equipped room and rehearse, be accompanied by professionals and be programmed, or simply participate in open stages.
La Tannerie does not forget about children and teenagers: advantages, discounts and free admission as well as a dedicated and adapted program. The Tannerie develops, thanks to the cultural action, a program of sensitization and musical initiatives with the aim of making culture accessible to the greatest number. You can also join us and experience all these projects from the inside by becoming a volunteer!
