Yoga is a physical practice that combines postures, breathing exercises, and meditation.
During these sessions, held on three Thursdays in September, you’ll practice various asanas (postures), perform the Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar), explore several pranayamas (breathing techniques), and try different types of meditation. A unique opportunity to discover yoga and practice it in an exceptional setting, far from the usual gyms or studios!
