Since 2010, Arnaud has been nurturing his gros gris snails (Hélix Aspersa Maxima) on the family farm. 250,000 snails are kept in natural vegetation. 120,000 are processed each year. It's time to indulge your curiosity about the life of gastropods... amazing animals. How do they reproduce? How are they raised? How are they transformed into delicious dishes? Find out as you follow this discovery trail on the farm, for young and old alike. Slow and steady: a snail race for kids! Taste a few recipes with a glass of chilled white wine. Reservations required.
