Circuit n°2 - En passant par le Pont de l'Evêque

This escapade in Bresse offers attractive forest and country landscapes and a characteristic Bresse habitat... with the added bonus of a panoramic view of the Maconnais region.

This itinerary takes you to the hamlet of Montcindroux, which is well worth a visit for its typical Bresse farmhouses. The timber-framed Maison Piroux was built around 1600. The hamlet of La Déserte, with its typical Bresse land registry (bocage, ditches, hedges, curved plots...), is also worth a visit.
